What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead, coach, and manage Account Executives to meet growth, retention, and activity goals
  • Partner with the Region Lead to set priorities and translate strategies into actionable expectations for the team
  • Drive execution of regional growth initiatives and ensure successful planning for re-enrollment campaigns
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic clients, supporting retention and growth efforts
  • Collaborate with Underwriting on pricing strategies and complex negotiations
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in National Accounts, group benefits, or related commercial insurance environment
  • Proven experience in leading and developing sales or account management teams
  • Strong executive presence with a track record of managing complex client situations
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and decision-making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience partnering with Underwriting on pricing strategy and renewal negotiations
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client and team engagements
