Healthcare Management, Operations Manager
CHEP helps move more goods to more people, in more places than any other organization on earth via our 347 million pallets, crates and containers. We employ approximately 13,000 people and operate in 60 countries. Through our pioneering and sustainable share‑and‑reuse business model, the world’s biggest brands trust us to help them transport their goods more efficiently, safely and with less environmental impact.
What does that mean for you? You’ll join an international organization big enough to take you anywhere, and small enough to get you there sooner. You’ll help change how goods get to market and contribute to global sustainability. You’ll be empowered to bring your authentic self to work and be surrounded by diverse and driven professionals. And you can maximize your work‑life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.

If you’re passionate about protecting people, strengthening systems, and influencing leaders across a complex, multi‑site footprint, this is your opportunity to make a measurable difference nationwide.
Key Responsibilities May Include:

- Engage in risk assessments to identify safety, security, business interruption and environmental risks, developing and executing plans to mitigate those risks.
- Act as the subject matter expert in human and organizational performance, promoting and leading training initiatives and facilitating learning teams at the site level.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to share and implement good practices, driving continuous improvement in HSE performance across operations and the broader business.
- Coach and guide managers, leaders, and safety professionals on safety leadership, promoting a culture of safety at all levels of the business.
As the Regional Manager, Health, Safety & Environment – U.S., you will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of HSE programs across CHEP’s U.S. operations.
