Area Leader Trainee - Corporate Operations

• Oversee staffing, training, and supervision of Store Leaders across multiple locations
• Implement merchandising programs and manage cash and inventory control
• Focus on profit and loss management, including budget planning and sales maximization
• Set performance goals and objectives while monitoring results with upper management
• Maintain compliance with automotive liability insurance and valid driver’s license

• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations in retail/commercial settings
• Proven experience in multi-unit management
• Ability to multi-task and be self-motivated
• Physical capability to perform tasks including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence

• Previous multi-unit management experience
• Strong motivation for customer service excellence
• Experience with budget planning and financial management in a retail environment
• Skills in team building and employee training
