Field Service Technician

• Provide technical solutions to enhance the use of the employer's manufactured products at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to fill line equipment to ensure smooth operations
• Lead initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency improvements within the employer's plants
• Promote safety standards and address deficiencies in both the employer's operations and at customer locations
• Manage maintenance of employer-owned assets, including filling and capping equipment

• Minimum of five years of experience in field service and customer interaction within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to read, comprehend, and complete reports and instructions in English
• Availability for 90% travel
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams

• Experience with packaging design or product functionality
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies in a manufacturing setting
• Previous experience in safety management or training
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and audits
• Ability to provide oversight and improve speed to market in manufacturing processes
