What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of automation technologies across the logistics network
  • Develop and execute a multi-year automation roadmap aligned with enterprise logistics strategy
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of automation projects, including vendor selection and performance validation
  • Leverage analytics to monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation technologies
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field;
    Master’s preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics, with at least 5+ years in automation leadership
  • Up to 50% travel required
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to develop sound business cases
  • Solid understanding of Warehouse Concepts of Operation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Prior experience with logistics automation project execution and implementation
  • Proficient in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms
  • Proven track record of deploying automation projects such as AGVs, robotics, or WMS enhancements
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI development and performance dashboards
  • Ability to train other transportation analysts or planners in operational tasks
