• Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Marketing to execute strategic corporate communications initiatives
• Develop and manage executive visibility programs, including crafting speeches and internal communications
• Oversee and manage complex communications campaigns utilizing structured project management methodologies
• Champion the integration of AI tools within the communications function to enhance efficiency and innovation
• Maintain the press release calendar and craft on‑brand press releases to enhance media presence

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in the technology industry, particularly in SaaS/Cloud
• Proven experience advising C-level executives and providing media coaching
• Strong operational mindset with proficiency in Collaborative Work Management platforms
• Deep understanding of the media landscape and established relationships with media contacts

• Experience working both in-house and at an agency
• Strong understanding of the speaking and awards landscape for technology companies
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills aligned with brand persona
• Ability to establish and perform against OKRs, reporting results to leadership
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in enhancing productivity
