• Execute community events, programs, and activations across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada
• Provide on-the-ground support for field marketing activations and new store openings
• Collaborate with local store teams and community hubs to implement community engagement plans
• Coordinate event logistics on-site, including setup, execution, and vendor coordination
• Act as a regional brand ambassador, ensuring a positive experience for community members

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in event execution, community engagement, or marketing activations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel within Eastern Canada, including evenings and weekends

• Previous experience in outdoor, sports, or community-focused organizations
• Familiarity with event planning software and tools
• Passion for outdoor activities and sustainability initiatives
• Experience in building relationships with community leaders and influencers
• Knowledge of local outdoor markets and consumer trends
