Overview

• Lead the strategy and execution of partner marketing programs to support the growth and activation of strategic channel partners
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive partner engagement and pipeline growth
• Develop enablement materials, co-branded content, and communication assets to empower partners
• Track performance against KPIs and make recommendations to optimize marketing efforts
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on partner strategy and deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 4–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3+ years in partner or channel marketing
• Proven ability to develop scalable sales enablement tools and co-marketing campaigns
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into partner-facing messaging

• Experience working with resellers, carriers, or fleet management companies is a strong plus
• Data-driven mindset; experienced in analyzing campaign results and optimizing for performance
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where agility and cross-functional teamwork are key
