• Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic communications and employee engagement initiatives
• Write and edit thought-leadership communications for senior and executive leaders
• Manage various internal and external communication channels to engage employees and stakeholders
• Collaborate with public relations, regional communications, and social media teams to deliver content
• Utilize expertise to solve complex communication challenges creatively and effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, with at least 7 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment

• Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Experience working in a multinational organization
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices
