• Lead the setup and operation of the affiliate program using Impact, including tracking configuration and partner onboarding
• Identify, recruit, and onboard priority affiliate partners aligned with the employer's brands and target audiences
• Provide affiliate partners with links, offers, creative assets, and optimization guidance
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics and recommend optimization opportunities
• Deliver performance reports and insights to inform long‑term investment decisions in the affiliate channel

• Demonstrated experience launching and/or managing affiliate programs, ideally in consumer, travel, or e‑commerce businesses
• Hands‑on experience with Impact or similar affiliate platforms
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment to translate performance data into actionable recommendations
• Ability to work independently in a project‑based environment with minimal oversight
• Clear communication skills for effective reporting and presenting insights

• Experience in a similar role within the cultural or entertainment sector
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and performance metrics
• Proven track record of successful partnerships with affiliate marketers
