• Manage daily communications on social media platforms, including X, Discord, and Reddit, to enhance engagement and community size
• Oversee and nurture the Discord community, including moderation and volunteer management
• Create engaging content across multiple platforms to attract and retain audience interest
• Develop and optimize the community and content playbook for effective execution
• Analyze and report on social media performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement

• BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, PR, or equivalent practical experience
• 4-5 years of experience in community management or social media marketing
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of community management best practices and experience with short-form video content creation
• Ability to work effectively with global teams across various time zones and cultures

• Strong passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming culture
• Creative eye for identifying and leveraging emerging social trends
• Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
