ICHRA Communications Specialist

• Support ICHRA segmentation updates and ongoing operational campaigns, ensuring effective communication workflows
• Conduct audits of ICHRA-facing communications for accuracy and compliance with evolving regulations
• Assist in the development and editing of collateral to align with brand guidelines and improve communication clarity
• Manage requests from various stakeholders to prioritize and organize communication needs
• Help shape the communication experience for members and employers in relation to the ICHRA benefit portfolio

• Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, marketing operations, CRM, or benefits communications
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand voice consistency across various channels
• Experience with CRM tools and operational campaign workflows, particularly with platforms like Braze
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail regarding content accuracy and brand consistency

• Familiarity with health benefits communications or experience in regulated industries
• Understanding of ICHRA and employer-sponsored plans
