Marketing Operations and Events Associate

• Provide operational support for B2B marketing initiatives and events across the organization
• Manage all pre-and post-event logistics, including venue sourcing and vendor relationships
• Coordinate national conference logistics and manage external vendor and stakeholder requests
• Oversee email communications and manage data tracking using Pardot and Salesforce
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the marketing portal, including order management and troubleshooting

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or Business
• 1-2 years of experience in event planning
• Strong project management skills with excellent time management abilities
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with all levels of the organization
• Ability to comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

• Experience with social media and email marketing
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and Google Workspace
• Ability to think tactically and strategically
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
