Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Progressive Care Unit night shift assignment, requiring recent PCU or related stepdown experience and an Oregon license.
Responsibilities- Position is in a hospital Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- 12-hour night shifts
- Must be able to float to MCU, PSU, and APU as needed
- Weekend and on-call schedules will be set by the facility
- Duties include patient care, teaching, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination
- No more than five days of requested time off permitted
- All overtime hours must be pre-approved by management in writing
- Active Oregon RN license or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications or willingness to obtain before starting
- Minimum of 24 months recent experience in Intermediate/Progressive Care, Telemetry, or Stepdown units in an acute care hospital
- Resume and discipline-specific skills checklist required for consideration
