We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner for a combined Wound Care and Primary Care role in Greater Coos Bay/Bandon, Oregon.
Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient wounds to determine treatment plans
- Develop and implement wound care protocols
- Provide direct care such as dressing changes, debridement, irrigation, and advanced biologics application
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention
- Document assessments, treatments, and interventions
- Oregon ARNP license
- At least 1 year of wound care or related experience
- Strong knowledge of wound care techniques and products
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Full-time position with a salary range of $135,000–$155,000 annually, offering benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. The role involves in-person work.
