Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role in Wound Care & Primary Care in Greater Coos Bay/Bandon, Oregon.
Responsibilities- Assessing and developing treatment plans for wounds
- Providing direct patient care such as dressing changes, debridement, and application of advanced biologics
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments accordingly
- Collaborating with healthcare team members
- Educating patients and families on wound care and prevention
- Documenting assessments and interventions
- Valid Oregon ARNP license
- At least 1 year of wound care or related experience
- Strong knowledge of wound care techniques and proficiency with specialized equipment
- Excellent assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
