Qualifications and DesiredExperience:
- Current RN license valid in Oregon
- Emergency Department nursing experience strongly preferred
- Strong critical thinking, triage, and crisis management abilities
- Proficient with electronic medical records and standard computer tools
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Capability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and patient needs
- Consistent, reliable attendance
- Deliver patient care within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing
- Educate patients and families, providing clear communication and compassionate support
- Accurately document care in the medical record system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Effectively respond to emergency situations and rapidly evolving clinical scenarios
