Nurse Residency is a 9-month blended program designed to support new graduate nurses with less than one year of experience in their role transition to the nursing profession, clinical practice, and the organization. The program provides new graduates with the necessary skills and techniques to manage patients safely, swiftly, and competently while introducing them to the professional role of the nurse.
