Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $45.00 - $71.00 (based on experience; union position)

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Respond effectively to crises and urgent situations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
Educate patients and their families regarding treatments and health management
Prioritize patient needs, perform assessments, and deliver tailored interventions

What You Need
Required:

Valid Oregon Registered Nurse license
BLS certification
At least 2 years of ER or similar acute care experience
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Additional certifications ( ACLS, TNCC, PALS)
Previous experience in a hospital ER setting
