• Provide direct nursing care in the ED within the scope defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement care plans using the nursing process
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses and safety
• Educate patients and significant others about diagnoses, treatments, and expected outcomes
• Document all patient care activities accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize patient care throughout the ED stay

• Current Oregon Registered Nurse license or eligibility with willingness to obtain/activate
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience; recent acute care hospital experience within the past 2 years (required)
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS (AHA) required; certifications do not need to be active at submission but must be willing to obtain/maintain
• Ability to work in a high-acuity ED setting and adapt to 3x12 night shifts
• Resume and skills checklist updated within the last year; profile materials as requested
