Pay Range: $47.82–$71.26 USD (rate for experienced individuals)
Department: Intensive Care Unit
Job Description: Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit. Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, the nurse applies the nursing process to the care of patients, teaches patients and significant others, documents patient care in the medical record, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate overall care.
Skills and Abilities- Able to read, write legibly, and converse effectively in English.
- Exhibits critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Flexible, able to prioritize and adapt to rapidly changing patient and unit needs.
- Demonstrates effective teaching skills.
- Responds effectively to patient crisis or emergency situations.
- Proficient in the use of computers, including internet, word processing, and EHR documentation.
- Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance at the assigned job location.
- Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- National certification in critical care nursing (CCRN or equivalent) preferred.
- Recent (within the past five years) acute care hospital experience preferred.

- Must demonstrate manual dexterity.
