- Base Rate: $305,218 gross annually for 1.0 FTE (~$147/hour), based on experience, 95% for full-time
- Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do:
- Provide anesthesia and anesthesia-related care independently in a hospital setting.
- Administer various types of anesthesia, including all types of blocks (excluding heads and hearts; healthy pediatrics only).
- Collaborate with physicians and team members in a high-acuity trauma environment.
- Support a high-quality, patient-centered care approach across 7 ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, and nearby outpatient surgical centers.
- Share on-call duties equitably, with post-call days off and weekend sharing.
- Practice in accordance with Oregon State regulations and hospital policies.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with medical staff bylaws.
- Residency within the immediate area required; relocation may be necessary.
What You Need:
- Board Certified in anesthesia (American Board of Anesthesiology or equivalent)
- Oregon State license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of recent anesthesia experience
- Clean malpractice history and background check clearance
- Ability to work independently in a high-acuity trauma environment
