- Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage patient cases

- Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC EMR system
- Participate in clinical trials and cancer support services as needed
- Valid NP or PA licensure in Oregon
- Oncology experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
