DIVISION: Veterinary Professional Services, U.S. Petcare Rx

POSITION LOCATION: OH/PA TRAVEL: 50-80%

Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to a central part of the area, such as Cleveland/Akron.

Travel is required to support Area sales team and includes the following states:
Northeastern Ohio, Western PA, including Cleveland/Akron, Toledo OH and Pittsburgh PA.

• Educate and influence by giving lectures, facilitating / roundtable discussions on the latest up-to-date information on small animal diseases, Zoetis products / services, medical advancements, practice management topics
• Be the “voice of the veterinarian” when advising on strategies and educating internal teams (sales and marketing).

• Partner with your Area Business Manager to develop and successfully achieve the area’s business strategy and objectives.

Our professional services veterinarians are inspirational leaders, committed to lifelong learning, promoting best medicine, strengthening the veterinary profession, and to collaborating and investing in others. They are relatable, approachable, trustworthy, motivated & motivating, confident & humble, flexible & change agile, positive and creative.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent degree
• Current and active veterinary license, in good standing
• A valid US driver’s license
• 5+ years of experience as a veterinarian in companion animal general clinical practice
• Curiosity, positivity, and a growth mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel for work. 50-80% travel will vary with the specific geography (business area) this role supports.
