• Serve as a technical resource for roofing products, applications, and application equipment
• Provide onsite and remote support including product start-ups, application troubleshooting, and ongoing technical assistance
• Conduct customer training on product specifications, application methods, equipment usage, and best practices
• Identify market trends, application challenges, and innovation opportunities, and communicate insights to Sales, Marketing, and R&D
• Support new product launches through training, field trials, and customer feedback collection

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
• 1–5 years of experience in technical service, applications, construction materials, roofing, or related industries
• Ability to troubleshoot basic application and equipment issues with guidance
• Willingness to travel 30–40%, including approximately 5 overnight stays per month
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company-provided vehicle

• Experience supporting roofing systems, adhesives, or construction materials
• Familiarity with application equipment, manufacturing processes, or field audits
• Experience delivering customer training or conducting product demonstrations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with contractors and distributors
