• Audit delivery compliance to ensure healthcare deliveries meet customer and regulatory standards
• Maintain and support the Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements
• Manage nonconformance by logging, investigating, and documenting service failures and initiating corrective actions
• Conduct internal audits and support preparation for ISO audits to ensure adherence to standards
• Track daily quality and performance metrics, preparing reports for management review

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of quality assurance experience within logistics, transportation, or healthcare distribution
• Demonstrated experience working within an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
• Ability to interpret and apply quality requirements in a fast-paced operational environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word

• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification preferred, or the ability to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting and visualization tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and gaps in operational data
