• Triage incoming property issues and effectively route or assume responsibility
• Responsible for lease administration and timely rent payments with support from a third-party lease administration firm
• Coordinate routine property maintenance and manage real estate tax payments
• Submit monthly or annual reports on property income and payments
• Provide general administrative support to the SVP, Real Estate, and the Real Estate team

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
• 5-8 years of commercial retail property management experience
• Familiarity with new store development, facility management, and corporate portfolio management
• Experience in Tenant/Landlord negotiations and financial analysis
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Familiarity with maintenance accounting software
• Dependable, flexible, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
