• Drive research innovation by developing and integrating novel treatment approaches to advance patient care
• Maintain strategic partnerships with universities, hospitals, and community organizations to enhance research collaborations
• Oversee the dissemination of research findings through peer‑reviewed publications and national conference presentations
• Lead the design and execution of clinical research studies, including multi‑site trials
• Identify and pursue grant funding opportunities to support research initiatives

• Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, MD, or equivalent) in psychology, psychiatry, behavioral health, public health, or a related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant clinical, research, and leadership experience
• Proven experience leading clinical trials and research partnerships in healthcare
• Demonstrated success in securing and managing research funding, including grant writing experience
• Excellent ability to lead, supervise, and collaborate across disciplines

• Experience as a Principal Investigator (PI) on major, grant‑funded research projects
• Familiarity with data analytics and research software/tools (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Skilled communicator with the ability to present complex research findings to varied audiences
