Position: Shift Manager

Employment Type: Hourly, non‑exempt

• Train, develop and mentor staff

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred and possess all documents required by state and federal law
• Minimum of one (1) year Shift Manager or equivalent experience required (preferred in high volume QSR and/or fast casual concepts)
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, results‑oriented and customer focused
