What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Analyze market trends and industry practices to identify opportunities in sales, units, and margin for assigned categories
  • Collaborate daily with vendors and internal teams to create marketing promotions and manage the promotional process
  • Develop analysis and presentations with actionable recommendations
  • Assist with sales forecasting and pricing products according to guidelines and competitive environment
  • Create best‑in‑class planograms to fit various store layouts for assigned product categories to achieve sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in Retail Category Management, Merchandising, or Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail‑oriented mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills
