What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing retail sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Identify and convert new retail and commercial sales opportunities across various market segments

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 5+ years selling into national or large regional retailers; 7+ years preferred
  • 3+ years of experience leading field sales teams of 5–7 representatives
  • Proven track record of achieving multimillion-dollar quotas in enterprise retail environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Strong network of executive-level contacts across major U.S. retail organizations
  • Experience selling high-value retail solutions such as payment accuracy or audit recovery
  • Familiarity with market development and segmentation strategies relevant to the retail industry
  • Experience selling into suppliers or distributors, such as CPG or DSD
