Role Description This is an on-site, part-time Sales Associate role based in Coos Bay, OR. The Sales Associate will greet customers, provide knowledgeable guidance on jewelry, watches, and accessories, and support customers in finding the right pieces for their needs. Responsibilities include maintaining store displays, handling point-of-sale transactions, assisting with sizing and product care information, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized.

The role also involves learning product features, following store policies, and contributing to daily sales goals through excellent customer service and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales and retail skills, including cash handling, point-of-sale operation, and comfort working toward individual and store performance goals.
• Attention to detail and organization, with the ability to maintain appealing merchandise displays and ensure accurate transactions.
• Ability and willingness to learn jewelry, watch, and accessory product knowledge, including basic care, sizing, and feature explanations.
• Reliability and flexibility in working part-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic math and computer skills; prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and handling small items securely in a fast-paced sales environment.
