• Sell pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solutions to self-funded employer groups, third-party administrators, brokers, and consultants
• Collaborate with leadership to execute a direct-to-prospect strategy and manage complex deals
• Identify and develop potential new clients while leading proposal presentations and pricing negotiations
• Maintain a disciplined sales process using Salesforce to track progress and forecast accurately
• Work closely with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful onboarding of new clients

• 5+ years of experience in PBM sales and/or account management
• 2+ years of direct-to-employer/TPA/broker sales experience within the PBM industry
  
  Proven track record of driving profitable growth and client retention in PBM sales
• Strong business acumen with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Proficiencies in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other industry-related software

• Direct PBM sales experience with a demonstrated history of success
• Located in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, or New York preferred
