Position: Senior Account Executive - In-Territory (Denver, CO)

Responsibilities
  • Own the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through market research and outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, particularly brokers
  • Serve as a PEO expert, effectively communicating the value of the employer's product suite
  • Advocate for customer needs, suggesting improvements for customer experience
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Executive managing a full sales cycle
  • Proven cold-calling experience in a high-velocity B2B sales environment (i.e., SaaS, PEO, Fintech)
  • Established relationships with broker and accountant channel partners
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Sales Loft, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Zoom Info
  • Experience with Outreach.io, Hubspot, and market research tools like 6

    Sense or Hoovers/D&B
  • A demonstrated hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring new business
  • Passion for sales and a commitment to customer-focused engagements
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for networking events and client meetings
