• Deliver personalized services to existing and new clients, managing all aspects of vacation bookings
• Research and prepare proposals, providing clear pricing and benefits of working with the employer
• Process quote requests in a timely manner and follow up as necessary
• Ensure clients receive all required travel information, including visas and final payment notices
• Address client issues promptly and collaborate with management when necessary

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically within the cruise market
• Comprehensive knowledge of various cruise lines, ships, and global destinations
• Proficiency with cruise line booking tools and technology
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities

• Previous experience in a cruise line or travel agency setting
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Zoom
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining accuracy
