What to Expect
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Rev Ops, and Operations stakeholders to design, build, and optimize sales workflows and systems integrations
  • Own and enhance sales process automation across platforms to improve lead routing and pipeline progression
  • Analyze sales performance and operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to support system adoption and ongoing training
  • Stay current on sales operations best practices and emerging technologies to enhance scalability and performance
What is Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or similar
  • 2-3 years  experience in Sales, Revenue, and/or Marketing Operations, or a related field
  • Deep experience with automation tools such as Salesloft, Hub Spot, Salesforce, and Zapier
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to refine systems in collaboration with Sales teams
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Admin-level proficiency in Salesloft, CRM platforms, Zapier, and Hub Spot; familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, or Zoom is a plus
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM best practices
  • Familiarity with data warehouses and reporting tools such as Snowflake or Power BI
