What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Nurture, maintain, and cultivate customer relationships from existing and newly created transactional/non-contract accounts
  • Make 50-75 daily calls to prospective clients for first outreach and continued strategic targeting
  • Contact customers through phone, email, and social media to convey knowledge and position yourself as a resource and expert
  • Develop thorough knowledge of the industry, products, and services, as well as those of competitors
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce CRM
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with clients across an organizational hierarchy, including executive/C-level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail
  • Resilience and perseverance with the ability to overcome objections
  • BA/BS degree, or international equivalent, preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Understanding and ability to communicate at a high level with professionals in investor relations, financial reporting, public relations, marketing, and corporate communications
  • 3 years of sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency with  and Hub Spot preferred
