Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting via phone and email to generate new business opportunities
  • Manage outreach campaigns to ensure timely and effective lead contact
  • Develop and implement call and messaging scripts for client prospecting
  • Create proposals and deliver sales presentations in collaboration with the Technical Sales Specialist
  • Utilize Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the warehousing industry with knowledge of financial metrics and business drivers
  • Proven success in business development activities, including cold outreach and sales conversion
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels, from skilled labor to C-suite executives
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in lead generation and proven ability to increase revenue
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Energic and motivated with a flexible approach to work
