- Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive platform usage among Aerospace & Defense and Government Contractor customers
- Engage with clients throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to product demonstrations and contracting
- Drive net new revenue growth through acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
- Serve as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders in the Aerospace & Defense sector
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets while advocating for experience management solutions
- 2‑5 years of experience selling SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Aerospace & Defense, Federal, or other regulated verticals
- Experience in building relationships with Prime and Sub Federal contractors in the Aerospace & Defense ecosystem
- Proven ability to respond to and win competitive RFx solicitations, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Strong executive‑level impact experience with clients and partners
- Experience with enterprise sales processes such as MEDDICC
- Aerospace & Defense or Public Sector experience
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client‑facing meetings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
