Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive platform usage among Aerospace & Defense and Government Contractor customers
  • Engage with clients throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to product demonstrations and contracting
  • Drive net new revenue growth through acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders in the Aerospace & Defense sector
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets while advocating for experience management solutions
Qualifications
  • 2‑5 years of experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Aerospace & Defense, Federal, or other regulated verticals
  • Experience in building relationships with Prime and Sub Federal contractors in the Aerospace & Defense ecosystem
  • Proven ability to respond to and win competitive RFx solicitations, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Strong executive‑level impact experience with clients and partners
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise sales processes such as MEDDICC
  • Aerospace & Defense or Public Sector experience
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client‑facing meetings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
