What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support Account Managers and customers on day-to-day operations
  • Create new opportunities and quotes in Salesforce while coordinating with the Solution Architect Team
  • Process orders and ensure all required documentation is received
  • Provide post-order support and track lead times for all open orders
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quotes, pricing, and vendor relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience in an Inside Sales position, ideally within the IT industry
  • Working knowledge of Cisco online tools and ability to validate configurations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Proven leadership skills and effective time management abilities
  • Ability to manage a high volume of email communications and prioritize follow-ups
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of SLED sales cycles, contracts, and processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal direction
