Responsibilities
  • Own the partner and customer experience by engaging with channel partners and end users to uncover opportunities and advance deals
  • Lead joint sales execution with partners, including prospecting, co-selling, and conducting end-user meetings
  • Build and execute data-driven sales plans to track pipeline health and optimize strategies for revenue acceleration
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to launch initiatives that enhance brand awareness and drive demand
  • Proactively manage channel conflicts and develop go-to-market strategies to expand market presence
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in channel sales or business development within the fleet telematics industry
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage both partners and end users
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to align diverse teams
  • Expertise in building and executing account plans, with a track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies for new verticals
  • Strong understanding of partner-driven sales models
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve common goals
