• Four‑year college degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience in full‑cycle sales with a proven track record of closing deals
• Strong in‑person, phone, and written communication skills
• Experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., SFDC, Outreach, Zoom Info)
• Detail‑oriented and flexible mindset with creative problem‑solving abilities

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals consistently
• Experience making formal and informal presentations to clients and staff
