Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new employer unit sales growth through assigned health plan and channel partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales leaders across assigned health plans and channel partnerships
  • Train health plan and channel partnership sales and account managers on solution presentation and closing
  • Lead the sales process for employer unit sales, coordinating necessary parties and executing contracts
  • Provide product and market feedback to sales leadership and product development teams
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of health plan or channel sales/business development experience
  • Proven track record of building strategic relationships and driving growth
  • Strong communication skills and comfort operating with C-suite executives
  • Ability to articulate the value of healthcare capabilities and serve as a thought leader
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Established credibility and reputation in the employee benefits industry
  • Creative and dynamic approach to driving growth in new and existing markets
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for the company's mission of promoting health
  • Experience in managing relationships with health plan clinical thought leaders
