• Serve as the primary contact for existing and new customers regarding product development, delivery, and customer service
• Manage customer quotations and negotiate terms and conditions
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to drive business development
• Develop and present sales proposals and business plans for key accounts
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the powersports industry

• Bachelor's degree in Business Development & Management preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales/account management in a related field
• Previous technical sales experience
• Strong leadership capabilities and manufacturing knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel on short notice

• Experience in the powersports industry or with OEMs
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
• Experience in formulating business plans and revenue strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
