Overview

Employer Industry: Investment Management

• Represent the employer as a subject matter expert on mutual funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts
• Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with financial advisors
• Lead sales initiatives with intermediaries in a defined territory
• Identify client needs and coordinate efforts to serve assigned intermediaries
• Conduct sales/product training meetings for assigned territories

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ten or more years of experience with strong sales skills and established relationships in the assigned territory and channel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated and energetic with strong project management skills
• Ability to travel extensively in the field, approximately 90% of the time
• Required licenses:
  Series 7 and Series 63 or 66

• Experience in practice management and portfolio construction
• Proven track record of success in sales within the investment management industry
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape and financial markets
