- Lead wholesale partnerships and expansion efforts for the North American region, focusing on brick-and-mortar retailers, marketplaces, and distributors
- Conduct retailer outreach, create proposals, lead negotiations, and develop onboarding plans in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage and optimize existing retailer relationships, including hosting quarterly business reviews and ongoing touchpoints
- Own commercial strategy related to retailer assortment, forecasts, sales reporting, inventory, and point of sale in collaboration with various departments
- Align with global stakeholders on a multi-year retailer pipeline by analyzing market trends and conducting retailer diligence
- 8+ years of experience in sales and market expansion, ideally within a dynamic start-up environment
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; additional languages (especially Spanish) are a bonus
- Industry experience in consumer electronics or sports technology
- Proven ability to collaborate across operations, trade compliance, and marketing
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment with a data-driven, operational, and commercial mindset
- Passion for fitness, health, and technology
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a rapidly changing field
- Curiosity and adaptability in dynamic situations
