What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the technical resource for the Commercial segment of the Sales team
  • Respond to RFPs and questionnaires to explain the employer’s posture and accelerate the sales process
  • Identify and present ideal solution designs for customers by understanding their needs
  • Leverage technical expertise to build relationships and establish credibility with customer technical executives
  • Deliver product and technical demonstrations of the employer’s technology
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 4+ years experience as a sales engineer, solutions consultant, or similar role in a Healthcare SaaS and technology sales environment
  • Solid technical background with deep understanding of multiple Electronic Health Record (EHR) / Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory occasionally to support sales objectives
