Position: Senior Business Development Manager (Full Cycle Healthcare SaaS Sales)

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales activity for assigned product suite and achieve sales objectives within defined territory
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare technology and data solutions
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure, ensuring successful conversion of sales opportunities
  • Participate in sales meetings to communicate performance metrics and market insights
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in healthcare technology or SaaS
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in selling, implementing, or integrating with EHR systems
  • SaaS or subscription-based software sales experience
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of sales force automation and contact management systems
