• Develop sales of Immediate, Fixed Deferred, Indexed, and Variable annuities within assigned territories
• Create and implement a business plan to enhance market share and profitability
• Present products and services to financial advisors, emphasizing competitive advantages
• Provide technical information and insights on financial markets and industry trends to advisors
• Manage travel and expense budget while maintaining a full schedule of appointments

• Minimum of 5 years of related sales and industry experience
• College degree preferred
• FINRA 7, 63, and State Life Insurance license required
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and competitive landscape
• Experience with Salesforce and Concur strongly preferred

• Proven track record in sales within the financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to utilize technology for sales management and customer relationship management
