- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent field
- 10+ years of indirect sales management experience with channel partners and distributors
- 5+ years of direct team management experience preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing, construction, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical industry
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within the assigned territory
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Salesforce CRM
- Ability to lead sales teams with influence and motivation
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Residing near major airports in LA, AR, OK, MS, with a preference for New Orleans
